Beyran Soup

Lamb is slow-roasted in a stone oven and seasoned with a special sauce; served with arugula, green peppers, and lemon.

Fried Stuffed Meatballs

Coarsely ground beef, onion, and walnuts are mixed with local spices and cooked fresh, then served with parsley and lemon.

Birecik Lahmacun

It is prepared with a Birecik-style filling, distinguished by its light garlic and onion balance, on top of carefully prepared thin dough.
