The abundance of the Birecik table is felt from the moment you start eating. Our signature flavors, such as İçli Köfte, skillfully blended with local spices, walnuts, and fine bulgur, prepare your palate for the real feast. With our appetizers prepared with fresh ingredients and our soups that warm your heart, take a delicious first step into the ancient flavor story of Mesopotamia.

The heart of our kitchen beats in our stone oven and coal fire. From our Adana and Urfa kebabs, where minced meat transformed by grinding becomes a feast of flavors, to our famous Siverek, Kilis, and Birecik Tavası dishes cooked with the magic of the stone oven, every plate is a masterpiece of craftsmanship. With our lamb tandir cooked over a slow fire and our specially marinated grills, we present meat in its purest and most delicious form.

A strong meal is finished off with a dessert worthy of its reputation. The Classic Künefe, where thin shredded phyllo dough meets special unsalted cheese and perfectly balanced syrup, will enchant you with its warmth and crispiness.
